Desmond Osazee Okunseri is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Desan Luxury Homes Ltd, a real estate development and services company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. He is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong commitment to redefining homeownership by making quality, stylish, and sustainable housing accessible across all income levels.

Born in Benin City, Edo State, Desmond developed an early passion for real estate through exposure to property development and building practices inspired by his father. This foundation, combined with a lifelong admiration for architectural excellence, shaped his decision to pursue a career in the property sector.

He holds a National Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria, and brings professional expertise in property development, investment, and housing solutions. In August 2023, he founded Desan Luxury Homes Ltd with a clear vision to deliver reliable real estate services, flexible payment structures, and client-focused developments that create long-term value.

Under his leadership, the company is developing flagship projects such as Eden Hilltop Estate Maitama A10, a mass housing development designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles while maintaining high standards of quality and comfort.

Beyond business, Desmond is passionate about mentorship, youth empowerment, and community development, regularly supporting training initiatives and philanthropic outreach.
